About This Bursary
The German Bundestag International Parliamentary Scholarships (IPS) 2027 offers politically and socially committed young African graduates (including South Africans) the unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience of Germany's parliamentary system. This fully funded program includes a five-month placement with a Member of the Bundestag, academic seminars, and a generous monthly stipend of 700 Euros. It aims to promote democratic values and international understanding among future leaders.
